From plant Front End Engineering and Design (FEED), through Engineering (E), Procurement (P), Construction (C), right up to Maintenance (M), JGC Plant Solutions Co., Ltd. After fully grasping our client's requirements, we work out the most efficient and optimum process flow of plant for environment and draw up a FEED package, with consideration given to plant construction and commissioning costs, safety issues, environmental protection issues, and so on.
Based on FEED requirements, we first establish process design. We then develop it into detailed design, using technologies of piping, rotary equipment, static equipment, fired heaters, electrical, instrumentation, building and civil, with consideration given to project schedule, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance, aiming to realize the optimum plant at the lowest possible cost.
To construct oil and gas refineries and chemical plants that are composed of numerous equipment, we have an integrated system to manage the manufacture, quality inspection, delivery to site and final inspection of each item of equipment. In selecting each item of equipment, we comprehensively evaluate its quality, delivery time and price offered by vendors and place an order for the equipment with the most appropriate vendor.
The construction manager, who is in charge of the operation of the construction site, is assigned under the project manager and is ultimately responsible for overall construction plan. At the construction stage, the construction manager is to ensure that engineers involved in the design are timely assigned to the site according to the progress of the construction work and continue to see whether construction work is being executed according to the design and the assigned engineers' guidance and instructions are being properly reflected in the construction work, thereby providing the site with the optimum environment in which the construction work can be smoothly carried on toward the ultimate goal of the project.
