In the past 12 years, our team has collaborated on over $120M of work and over 2,200 projects for Chrysler. These projects have ranged in size from $500 to $9.0M and have been delivered using traditional and collaborative delivery methods, including general contracting, subcontracting, construction management at risk and design-build.

Bila Solar North American Headquarters
Bila Solar selected 鶹ý 鶹ý as its design-build partner to renovate a 60+ year old facility into its North American Headquarters in Indianapolis—home to the U.S.’s first megawatt-scale production line for patented, glass-free ultralight solar panels. In just seven months, 鶹ý helped Bila value engineer and phase construction to meet budget constraints, avoid schedule delays, and install over $5.7M in overseas equipment, all while navigating major permitting, logistical, and cultural challenges. The result: a fully operational, state-of-the-art facility producing 5,000 panels per day and creating 250 local jobs.

Sierra Nevada Corporation, Aviation Innovation and Technology Center
In 2021, 鶹ý 鶹ý participated in a state-wide effort, along with key partners such as Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, JobsOhio, Dayton Development Coalition, Montgomery County, and the City of Dayton, to encourage Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) to build its new facilities in the Dayton region. SNC ultimately chose Dayton – the birthplace of aviation – for its proximity to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the largest single-site employer in Ohio, and available land space.

On Tuesday, October 1, 鶹ý 鶹ý celebrated the ribbon cutting and grand opening of Sierra Nevada Corporation’s second hangar, as well as the ceremonial groundbreaking of hangars 3 and 4, at their Aviation Innovation & Technology Center in Dayton, Ohio – the birthplace of aviation.

Dayton Phoenix Group Disaster Recovery
May 28, 2019, marked a devastating day for Dayton Phoenix Group (DPG) and our Dayton community as the tornadoes that rolled through the Miami Valley hit their manufacturing facility, leaving the building in carnage. Having an established relationship with DPG, 鶹ý 鶹ý brought a team on-site the following morning and began removing debris to allow building access. The damage was extensive: exterior walls were blown in/out, entire roof sections were missing/collapsed, and rooftop mechanical units were scattered across the roof, slicing structural steel/utilities along the way. Within days, 鶹ý had a 40-person crew on-site and seven subcontractors to support the effort.

Shook’s self-performance capabilities give our clients the added benefit of knowing that we have a workforce available to perform concrete, general carpentry, millwork, miscellaneous metals, and site/ civil work. This is especially important for jobs that have fast-tracked project schedules or multiple phases.
