This project consisted of the construction of two separate buildings. The first is a 100,000 SF PK-1 Early Childhood Learning Center. It is located adjacent to an existing YMCA facility on a new site with multiple courtyards and an outdoor classroom. The other building is a new 270,000 SF 9-12 high school. The new school was constructed on an existing campus designed with modular classrooms and was constructed in four separate phases.
